Happy New Year!
Start off each day with a green smoothie. Easy to make in a Vitamix. (not the same as a blender, much stronger).
Blend a handful of spinach with a banana or apple, add water to desired consistency and ice.
Enjoy. Your energy levels for the day will improve and your cravings for “bad” food will decrease.
Do this each day. Make the commitment to your improved health. Kids will like them too.
