I’d like to just give an idea about what you can do at home, in your office or sometimes just about anywhere, to help keep yourself healthy.

Take tennis balls for instance.  Put one on the floor and place one foot on it while holding on to a wall, and gently put your weight on it.  Lift your foot up, roll the tennis ball slightly, and gently put your weight on it again.  Do this until you have covered your whole foot.  When you have finished one foot – do the other.

What will this accomplish?  It’s a mini Reflexology treatment for starters.  So you are increasing your body’s ability to heal itself.  It also feels really good. It will relieve tension in the foot, ankle, calf, upper leg, gluts and back.

You can even do this twice a day!
