The one thing that you can do that will guarantee you will sabotage your dieting efforts is to keep
junk food in the house. If you don’t have it around, you will not be tempted to eat it. If you start getting cravings and you go searching through the cupboards for junk food and you find some, chances are
it will be difficult to resist. Eliminate all temptations.
